I will provide updates throughout the process sketch, lineart, colour and renderingchanges or delays:
if any changes were to happen during the process where I could not give you the commission on time as agreed upon. I will inform you as soon as possible and ask you if you would like a full refund (if I haven't started the work). During the process of the commissions you may want changes to the work, so I would say 5 changes can be done to the sketch before you have to pay more, 4 to the line art and 3 for the final product. Each change after this is five dollars extra on top of the original price.Refunds / cancellation policy:
If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If the artist is unable to complete the commission, all payments will be refunded.I only sell digital art on kofi of my own work, I will not be creating physical media for the commission.delivery times:

I will have the right to post your commission on my social media as art promotion.
I have the right to use the artwork for my portfolio
I will have the right to refuse a commission, block rude people, blacklist any rude people from accessing my commissions and other people.
I have the right to block people if they start spamming me or advertising to meadoptables:

Doing this is a violation of my TOS and will result in severe consequences.

Artist permissions
For artworks:

Posts with commissions in them are not allowed to be used by anyone other than me and the person who commissioned me. Please do not use, repost those works.You can use my work as a profile picture, in videos and such as long as you make it clear that I am the artist that created the work.Do not trace over my work, you can reference it but not trace.

For comics:

I have the ownership rights to my work.
Currently I have only given permission for webtoons and tapas to have my work on their sites, no others have permissions.My comics are only in English for now since I am a one person team, future translated versions my be made in future once permissions are granted. and currently have not even permissions for anyone to do fan translations.Posting about my comics is ok as long as you make it clear that you are not the creator of the comic and make sure to credit me in the post where it is clear and easy to see.I do not support pirating my work, as my work is on platforms for free with ads.I do not support using my work for hate speech or any discrimination. My comic “Are you man enough” is made to be educational about some people in the LGBTQ+’s experience going through discrimination and hardship being accepted.
